Shipping policy

At EarGear PK, we strive to deliver your favorite audio gear and mobile accessories to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification (via email or SMS) once your order has been shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during sales or holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any significant delays directly to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer reliable shipping across Pakistan using trusted courier partners (like TCS, Leopards, Trax, or CallCourier).

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your city.

  • Shipping Fee: A standard flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping, as announced on our website banner).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payments

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for your convenience.

  • You can also choose to pay in advance via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer during the checkout process.

4. Local Pickup (For Sargodha Customers) Good news for our local customers! You can skip the shipping fees with our free local pickup option.

  • Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

  • Your order will be ready for pickup within 1 business day.

  • Pickup Location: Madina Super Store & Mobile Accessories, Paka Dera, Near Shaheen Abad Road, Sargodha.

  • Please bring your order confirmation email/SMS when you come to collect your items.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue with the courier and send you a replacement.
