Refund policy
At EarGear PK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unsealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for in-ear headphones or earbuds if the seal has been broken or the product has been used, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 24-48 hours of delivery.

For products that come with a specific warranty (e.g., our Premium ANC Earbuds with a 12-month Redington warranty), claims after the initial 7-day period will be handled according to the terms of the provided warranty.
3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer).

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please reach out to our customer support team.
